Product Description
Anticorrosive Graphite Digestor is a sample preparation device can work in a high-concentration acid mist environment. It can support up to 60 samples at the same time to fully meet the needs of batch sample processing. Step temperature control and automatic sample lifting function can automatically complete the work steps of digestion, acid evaporate, cooling, etc., to minimize the experimenters contacting acid gas.
Multiple protection-Anti-corrosion & Durable
Wireless control--Safe & Easy to operate
Supports normal operation and wireless control.
APP control software based on the Android system can remotely control the equipment by the mobile terminal. Digestion process can be easily completed without opening the fume hood window, better protecting the experimenter's health.
Homogeneous Heating--Synchronous Digestion
○Uses unique uniform temperature heater. Sample heated by isostatic pressing graphite body. Brings faster heating speed, uniform temperature between the digestion holes, and longer service life.
Automatically lift and down --Protect the samples
Sample automatically lifted and dissipates heat
Rack automatically rises and dissipate the heat of samples once heating procedure finish, samples will not be destroyed by the residual heat due to user's ignored.
Sample is hovering near dry
When the digestion is nearly complete and little sample remain, tubes can be lifted to an appropriate position so it can be easily observed till to nearly dry, avoiding sample destruction.
Observe the sample out from window
Sample status need to be observed during the digestion process. The sample rack can be lifted by wire control switch or app software, and users can observe the samples through the fume hood glass.
